Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a hands-on Assistant Grocery Manager for a nationwide restaurant retail store. You will lead a team, manage all associates daily, run operations, meetings, and reporting, and ensure a positive customer experience.

The role emphasizes data analysis of sales and profit, strict food safety compliance with Local, State, and Federal regulations, and a growth and succession mindset. Previous warehouse management and payroll or cash control experience are a plus.
