You will assist in hiring, training, scheduling, ordering, and maintaining health and safety standards while guiding a dedicated Grocery Team to meet daily goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability to build, motivate and maintain staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist Grocery Manager in managing and merchandising department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of Grocery team.
• Coordinate merchandising and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
• Lead a team to deliver high quality products and excellent customer experience.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing the Grocery Team.
• Unload deliveries and ensure health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed.
