Sprouts Farmers Market in Frisco, TX is seeking an Assistant Grocery Manager to help lead one of the busiest store teams, delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers make healthy choices.

You will support the Grocery Manager with scheduling, inventory control, and staff development while ensuring safety and company standards. This role offers growth in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and 1-3 years retail management experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven leadership to motivate and manage staff.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Grocery Manager in managing and merchandising the department for maximum productivity and profit.
• Responsible for ordering and inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Grocery team.
• Coordinate merchandising and sales through planning, direction, goal setting, communication, and teamwork.
• Assist in hiring, teaching, training, developing the Grocery Team.
• Unload and sort through store deliveries and ensure safety guidelines are followed.
• Support in fast-paced store operations and uphold customer service standards.
