WindRiver Living is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to support the Director of Golf in daily operations, guest services, and staff coordination. The role emphasizes hospitality, efficiency, and professionalism on the WindRiver course.

You will lead tee times, oversee shop attendants, assist in instruction and merchandising, and help coordinate events and tournaments to enhance member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee golf operations in the absence of the Director of Golf.
• Supervise Golf and Beverage Cart Attendants; maintain service standards.
• Schedule and train golf shop staff; ensure adequate staffing.
• Manage tee times, guest flow, and coordination with maintenance/food & beverage.
• Verify opening/closing routines; ensure security and policy compliance.
• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to avoid shortages.
• Provide golf instruction and clinics; assist in shop merchandising.
• Coordinate golf tournaments; manage logistics and registrations.
