Job summary

WindRiver is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to support the Director of Golf in managing daily operations, guest services, instruction, merchandising, and event coordination. The role focuses on delivering exceptional member and guest experiences with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling, coordinating tournaments, providing clinics, and maintaining course operations and guest flow.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• PGA Membership in progress or eligible preferred.
• Minimum 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily golf operations and guest service in the absence of the Director of Golf.
• Supervise Golf and Beverage Cart Attendants and staff scheduling.
• Provide golf instruction and clinics; assist in merchandising and tournaments.
• Coordinate events and tournaments with logistics and registrations.
• Monitor pace of play and guest satisfaction.
