Invited is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to support daily club operations, assist the Pro Shop, and coordinate golf-related services to enhance member and guest experiences.

You will promote the game of golf, train staff, and uphold company standards while delivering exceptional customer service in a welcoming environment.

This role emphasizes engagement with members at events, managing tee times, and ensuring consistent operations across staging areas, practice ranges, and cart storage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• PGA certification (associate level) preferred.
• Strong customer service and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members during events and rounds to promote golf programs.
• Support pro shop operations and maintain course/area cleanliness.
• Assist in budgeting, inventory, and merchandising to drive member satisfaction.
• Provide guidance to attendants and staff on service excellence and tee time management.
