Job summary

Invited is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to support daily club operations, pro shop activities, and golf-related services to enhance member and guest experiences.

You will promote golf programs, assist with staff training, merchandising, handicap program management, and event coordination to ensure outstanding service and club standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and PGA certification at least associate level; outdoor role with weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• PGA certification preferred (minimum associate level).
• Proven ability to handle confidential information and sensitive employee matters with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members through golf events and promote golf programs.
• Support cleanliness and organization of outside areas and cart storage.
• Coordinate and manage tournaments and golf-related events.
• Assist in managing the handicap program, pro-shop operations, and practice facilities.
• Provide guidance to staff on customer service, tee time management, and guest fee processing.
• Maintain operational procedures for staging areas, range setup, and cart storage.
• Promote clinics, private lessons, and programs for adults, juniors, and seniors.
• Assist with budgeting, inventory planning, and promotions to meet member needs.
