Job summary

Invited is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to support daily golf operations at the club. You will assist Pro Shop activities, coordinate golf-related services, and promote exceptional member experiences.

You will train staff, manage tee times, and help run events while upholding club standards and company policies. This role emphasizes service, teamwork, and a proactive approach to development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• PGA certification preferred (minimum associate level).

Responsibilities

• Engage with members through events and promotion of golf programs.
• Coordinate and manage handicap program, pro-shop operations and practice facilities.
• Guide golf attendants and staff on customer service, tee time management and guest processing.
• Maintain standards for staging areas, driving range setup and golf cart storage.
• Promote clinics, private lessons, and programs for adults, juniors and seniors.
