Job summary

Naples Heritage Golf & Country Club in Naples, FL seeks a full-time Assistant Golf Professional to support daily operations, member services, and golf activities. The role emphasizes attention to detail and outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will assist with tee time allocation, billing, merchandise control, and running club tournaments while maintaining a professional presence and enforcing club policies.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the golf business is preferred.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with overseeing day-to-day operations including but not limited to member pace of play and tee time allocation, billing of appropriate fees and opening and closing the golf shop.
• Assist with planning and promoting of all golf activities for Member play.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control while maintaining an attractive, orderly appearance in the Golf Shop.
• Provide golf lessons to Members of all skill levels.
• Plays golf with Members of all skill levels to generate enthusiasm.
• Collect charges and fees for all golf-related activities.
• Organizes and conducts club tournaments and related events.
• Provide a visible presence on the course during peak times of play.
• Interprets and enforces club policies, rules and regulations.
