Copperleaf Golf Club is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to join our team. You will work closely with seasoned golf professionals, support tournament logistics, coach Members and guests, and help uphold exceptional customer service standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, professionalism, and adaptability to a dynamic golf environment, with a focus on delivering a premier guest experience and contributing to club operations.

Qualifications

• PGA Class A membership or Level 2-3 PGM University/Associate required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience, including outside golf operations.
• College degree or working toward degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of golf operations, including supervising, scheduling, and training starter and ranger staff.
• Support tournament preparations, including organization, setup, and execution.
• Provide golf instruction and coaching to members and guests to enhance their experience.
• Foster positive relationships with club members and guests, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Work collaboratively with other golf operations staff to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Perform duties with discretion and independent judgment, maintaining professionalism at all times.
