Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager for an upscale hospitality operation featuring elevated dining and live entertainment. This hands-on leader will develop teams while delivering exceptional guest experiences, overseeing front-of-house operations, and maintaining high standards.

You will coordinate service with live entertainment and events, collaborate with culinary and beverage teams, and require flexible evening and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience in upscale dining or hospitality.
• Experience with live music or entertainment-driven operations preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop front-of-house teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make independent operational decisions while collaborating with teams.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations and guest satisfaction.
