KBP Foods invites you to join KFC as an Assistant General Manager to lead people, operations, and guest experience in a fast-paced environment. You will develop leadership skills and influence restaurant performance, with paths to General Manager and above-store opportunities.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment including standing, walking, lifting, and moving through compact spaces.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to build a positive, high‑performing restaurant.
• Deliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain brand standards for food quality, preparation, safety, and cleanliness.
• Manage labor and food costs with a focus on performance and profitability.
• Anticipate challenges, solve problems, and keep each shift running smoothly.
