Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day supervision of non-management associates, assign work, coach, and develop shift supervisors.
• Be able to perform duties in the absence of the general manager.
• Motivate staff and maintain morale during challenging times.
• Ensure brand standards and procedures are followed, and store looks are inviting.
• Maintain accurate cash management and daily reporting per directives.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to build long-term relationships.
• Conduct spot inventory checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
