This role offers entry-level managers a pathway to learn essential leadership and discretion skills while ensuring smooth store performance.

You will coach shifts supervisors, supervise non-management staff, and uphold brand standards, customer service, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate objectives.
