Job summary
The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transit Authority (SEPTA) seeks an Assistant General Manager of Revenue Development to steer a comprehensive revenue strategy across fares, assets, and partnerships.
In this executive role, you will lead initiatives to maximize farebox revenue, monetize real estate and connectivity assets, and drive transit-oriented development in collaboration with municipal leaders and developers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Extensive progressive executive experience leading large-scale revenue generation.
- Experience in commercial real estate development or corporate finance operations.
- Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar budgets and complex transactions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee farebox revenue strategy including pricing, collection systems, and ridership analytics.
- Lead transit-oriented development initiatives with developers and municipal leaders.
- Direct valuation, leasing, and revenue optimization of assets including real estate and connectivity infrastructure.
- Expand institutional sales through partnerships with universities and corporate enrollment.
- Identify, negotiate and execute complex public-private partnership agreements.
- Act as incubator for new revenue channels and data-driven monetization opportunities.
