Feel Great Car Wash is hiring a Site Manager in Arlington, TX. You will lead daily operations, coach the team, and manage facility maintenance to ensure top-tier guest experiences. You will drive performance, supervise scheduling and payroll, and uphold safety and compliance standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Purpose - manage daily operations with a clear focus on excellence, accountability, and team development.
• Coach & Grow Your Team - hire and develop team members through hands-on training, regular feedback, and growth opportunities.
• Protect & Maintain Our Facility - keep our site clean, safe, and operating at peak performance through preventive maintenance and attention to detail.
• Drive Performance - monitor KPIs, manage labor costs, maintain capture rates and execute business strategies that hit goals and maximize results.
• Own the Admin - handle scheduling, payroll, hiring, and team documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
• Champion Safety & Compliance – Ensure procedures and policies are followed, keeping both team and guests safe.
• Be the Culture - lead by example, live the Feel Great values, and build a positive, high energy environment where your team thrives.

What You’ll Need:

• At least 2 years of management experience (Required)

The position pays $45,000 - $57,000/ annually depending on your experience including bonuses:

• Base Pay $40,000-45,000
