Job summary

Feel Great Car Wash in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Site Leader to oversee daily operations, coach a frontline team, and drive guest experiences at our busy car wash location.

As Site Manager you’ll manage scheduling, payroll, hiring, and team documentation while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and high standards. This full-time role rewards leadership with growth opportunities, competitive pay, and a positive culture.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Purpose- manage daily operations with a clear focus on excellence, accountability, and team development.
• Coach & Grow Your Team- hire and develop team members through hands-on training, regular feedback, and growth opportunities.
• Protect & Maintain Our Facility- keep our site clean, safe, and operating at peak performance through preventive maintenance and attention to detail.
• Drive Performance- monitor KPIs, manage labor costs, maintain capture rates and execute business strategies that hit goals and maximize results.
• Own the Admin- handle scheduling, payroll, hiring, and team documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
• Champion Safety & Compliance – Ensure procedures and policies are followed, keeping both team and guests safe.
• Be the Culture- lead by example, live the Feel Great values, and build a positive, high energy environment where your team thrives.

What You’ll Need:

• At least 2 years of management experience (Required)
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
• Possess a valid driver's license.

The position pays $45,000 - $57,000/ annually depending on your experience including bonuses:

• Base Pay $40,000-45,000
