Job summary

Feel Great Car Wash in Richland Hills, TX seeks a Site Manager to lead daily operations, coach a growing team, and safeguard a clean, safe, high-performing site. Youll drive performance, own scheduling and payroll, and model the Feel Great culture in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

This full-time role reports to the District Manager, requires at least 2 years of management experience and a valid driver's license. Competitive pay with bonuses and benefits awaits.

The position pays $45,000 - $57,000/ annually depending on your experience including bonuses:

• Base Pay $40,000-45,000
