Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Experience in full service and detailing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with a clear focus on excellence, accountability, and team development.
• Hire and develop team members through hands-on training, regular feedback, and growth opportunities.
• Protect and maintain the facility with preventive maintenance and attention to detail.
• Drive performance by monitoring KPIs, managing labor costs, and hitting goals.
• Own the admin tasks including scheduling, payroll, hiring, and documentation.
• Champion safety and compliance to keep team and guests safe.
• Be the culture by leading by example and creating a positive, high-energy environment.
