This role serves as second-in-command, overseeing service execution, staff leadership, and cost controls. Strong leadership and fluent English are essential; experience in fine dining and POS systems is required; California work authorization preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants.
• 5+ years in hospitality preferred.
• Experience with restaurant operations and POS systems.
• Business-level English required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations and service execution.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and maintain standards.
• Monitor labor, food, and beverage costs.
• Prepare operational, reservation, and sales reports.
• Support inventory management, scheduling, and improvements.
• Recruit, onboard, train and coach staff.
