Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fine dining.
• Excellent budgeting and cost-control skills with strong financial acumen.
• Professional English communication; second language a plus.
• Ability to lead a team and collaborate with culinary staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, including labor, inventory, and guest service standards.
• Assist GM with strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health standards and food safety regulations.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts promptly.
• Oversee hiring, scheduling, and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with culinary team to ensure seamless service.
• Manage employee relations within the CBA framework.
• Other duties as assigned.
