Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants. You will partner with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant stays at the top of its game and delivers legendary guest experiences.

You will focus on guest-related metrics and engagement, while coaching and developing your team for ongoing success. Buffalo Wild Wings offers weekly pay and a strong benefits program that supports growth and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, responsible alcohol service, safety systems, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct others, champion change, and train/develop the team.
