Team Lyders Payroll Inc, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Ankeny, IA. You will support daily operations, develop team members, manage financials, and uphold culture, safety, and guest experience while preparing for General Manager responsibilities.

You’ll lead recruiting and training, coach shift leaders, oversee scheduling, inventory, and compliance, drive sales and profits, monitor financial results, and maintain facilities.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED minimum.
• 2 years of leadership experience in the QSR or retail environment.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in team building.
• Willingness to work a 50-hour workweek, including evenings, weekends, and extended shifts as required.

• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and health and safety compliance.
• Handle customer feedback and coach the team to exceed guest expectations.
• Grow the Brand, Sales, and Profits by managing cash controls and monitoring financial reports.
• Maintain restaurant facilities and equipment through preventative maintenance and operational checks.
