KBP Brands is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our KFC restaurants in Holiday, FL to lead operations, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional guest service. You’ll manage daily workflows, training, scheduling, and adherence to brand standards to create a positive, efficient workplace.

The role emphasizes cost control, inventory, safety, and compliance while delivering memorable guest experiences. You’ll participate in leadership development programs and have access to benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant General Manager or similar in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Ability to lift and move objects, stand for shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach team to deliver quality guest service.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain food quality and safety standards.
