KBP Brands' KFC team in Bradenton, FL is seeking an Assistant General Manager who will lead, train, schedule, and coach a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding brand standards.

You’ll oversee daily operations, manage inventory and labor costs, ensure safety and cleanliness, and drive profitability. A minimum of one year in a similar role in fast‑food or retail with P&L responsibility is required; 18+; strong leadership and guest service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year as Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand and walk for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to create a positive, productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly for memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards for a safe guest and employee environment.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
