Drury Plaza Columbus Downtown, part of Drury Hotels, seeks an Assistant General Manager to oversee bar operations and hotel service excellence. You will lead a team to deliver memorable guest experiences, manage beverage programs, and drive operational performance in a vibrant downtown property.

The role requires leadership in hotel operations, beverage cost control, and a customer-first mindset, with preference for hospitality or business degree holders and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel operations and/or bar management.
• Knowledge of bar operations and beverage cost control.

• Bar & Beverage Expertise – oversee the bar and beverage program for exceptional experiences.
