Drury Plaza Columbus Downtown, part of Drury Hotels, seeks an Assistant General Manager to oversee bar operations and hotel service excellence. You will lead a team to deliver memorable guest experiences, manage beverage programs, and drive operational performance in a vibrant downtown property.

The role requires leadership in hotel operations, beverage cost control, and a customer-first mindset, with preference for hospitality or business degree holders and prior supervisory experience.

• Financial Performance – monitor budgets, inventories, and revenue to drive profitability without compromising guest satisfaction.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

• Passion to serve others and exceed our guests’ expectations
• Proven experience in hotel operations and/or bar management in a hospitality setting
• Knowledge of bar operations and beverage cost control
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success.
• Hotel or restaurant experience preferred
