Bojangles' in Mooresville, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our team in delivering Southern hospitality and exceptional guest experiences. You will work with the General Manager to develop a high-performing team that drives traffic, sales and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years of management experience, willingness to work a 50-hour week, and a commitment to Bojangles' standards.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Previous onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior Microsoft Office experience.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs.
