KBP Brands seeks an Assistant General Manager for its KBP Foods operations in the United States. You will lead, train, schedule, and coach a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences while upholding safety, quality, and cost standards.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility (quick service experience preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk entire shifts, maneuver through tight spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to create a positive, productive environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues promptly for memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations: inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC/KBP standards for food quality, prep, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to ensure a safe environment.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability and efficiency.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges during shifts.
