KBP Foods, in partnership with KFC, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant teams and drive operational excellence. You will oversee service, inventory, staffing, and guest satisfaction, while maintaining safety and quality standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for long shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule and coach your team to foster a positive, productive environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues promptly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC/KBP standards for food quality, preparation and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards for guest and staff safety.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during shifts.
