Fitness Ventures LLC in Norman, OK is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily club operations, drive membership growth, and develop the team while delivering an exceptional member experience. As on-site leader, you will support the General Manager, oversee service standards, and coach staff to meet KPIs, scheduling, payroll, and safety.

This role requires strong leadership, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in creating a culture of diversity, inclusion, and member satisfaction.
• Lead by example delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
• Supervise, coach, motivate, and develop team members to achieve goals.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment for professional growth.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training of staff.
• Oversee club operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Lead membership team to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Monitor sales performance and coaching to improve conversions.
• Handle lead management, follow-up, and tracking processes.
• Support marketing efforts and community outreach to drive growth.
• Promote services, programs, and amenities to maximize engagement and revenue.
• Maintain club standards for cleanliness, safety, and appearance.
• Resolve member concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with payroll processing, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
