Qualifications

• At least three years of managing teams in a retail setting, specifically with POS business operations.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Inventory and scheduling experience are advantageous.
• Must maintain reliable attendance and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security and local/state regulations.
• Motivate team members to execute programs and promotions effectively.
• Oversee inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
• Maintain cash handling protocols and daily reconciliation.
• Coordinate hourly scheduling and ensure coverage across shifts.
