Fit Bowl Co. Superfood Bar in Tampa is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and uphold food safety, sanitation, and customer service standards across our three Tampa locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in hospitality/restaurants.
• 2+ years of managerial experience in hospitality/restaurants.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to food safety and sanitation; local Food Handler certification preferred.
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate staff; flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with a positive, professional, energetic approach.
• Train and retrain staff; conduct orientations and ongoing development.
• Coach team members and provide performance feedback.
• Oversee day-to-day operations: food production, safety, sanitation, service quality.
• Monitor product quality and supervise store cleanliness and storage.
• Coordinate with General Manager on updates and staffing needs.
• Support catering/events and on-site/off-site service.
• Review applications, conduct interviews, and assist with hiring decisions.
