Responsibilities include coaching teams, maintaining brand standards, managing cash and inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Experience leading teams in quick service restaurants or similar operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day supervision of non-management staff and coach shifts supervisors.
• Step in and manage operations in the absence of the general manager.
• Motivate staff and boost morale during challenging times.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and daily reporting as directed.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to foster long-term relationships.
• Perform spot inventory checks to ensure accurate stock data.
