Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations and learn essential management skills. This role offers exposure to store-level leadership and hands-on supervision across multiple food outlets and partners.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude.
Excellent verbal and communication skills with a sharp business acumen.
Basic food safety understanding and practice.
Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 Lbs.

Responsibilities

Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
Supervise non-management associates and coach shift supervisors.
Capable of operating in the absence of the general manager.
Motivate staff, especially during low morale.
Maintain brand standards and procedures to maximize brand/landlord/labor relations.
Ensure cash management is accurate and reports are delivered daily per directives.
Address customer needs and resolve issues to maintain positive relationships.
Keep inventory data accurate with spot counts and checks.
