Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept.
• Flexibility to work 50–55 hours per week with rotating shifts (weekends/holidays).
• Valid driver's license in good standing and access to reliable transportation.
• Consent to background screening.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the direction of the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team; coach and develop staff; foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure health and safety standards and maintain quality customer service.
