Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in the Newburgh area is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will lead, coach, and develop shifts, uphold brand standards, deliver responsive customer service, manage cash and inventory, and help sustain a positive workplace with flexible schedules and benefits. This is an entry-level management path with opportunities to grow into higher leadership roles.

Formación

• Strong leadership and management capabilities.
• Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic food safety understanding and practice.
• Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives.
• Supervise non-management associates, assign work, coach shifts, and develop supervisors.
• Be able to operate in the absence of the general manager.
• Motivate staff and sustain morale during challenging times.
• Maintain brand standards, procedures, and cash management.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to ensure positive relationships.
• Perform spot inventory checks to ensure data accuracy.
