Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations and develop leadership skills for future store management. You will help drive performance, coach staff, and ensure brand standards across the location.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, customer service excellence, and adherence to company policies to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with a sharp business acumen
• Basic food safety understanding and practice
• Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 Lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day supervision of non-management associates, assign work, coach, and develop shifts supervisors.
• Perform duties in the absence of the general manager.
• Motivate and positively influence staff, especially during times of low morale.
• Maintain brand standards, policies, and procedures; ensure the restaurant looks clean and inviting.
• Manage cash handling and daily reports as directed by company.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to foster long-term relationships.
• Perform spot inventory checks to ensure data accuracy.
