The role emphasizes coaching staff, managing operations, and maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment with a focus on guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the General Manager to drive revenue growth and guest counts.
• Coach and deliver excellent customer service while creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Lead by example to build team engagement and efficiency.
• Develop teammates through internal training, coaching, and guidance.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed.
• Assist with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls, plus inventory management.
