Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader with ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Sound business sense and understanding of retail industry.
• Ability to analyze and meet financial objectives that grow sales and service results.
• Positive, helpful attitude with professional conduct and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and key sales metrics.
• Coach and develop teammates through our training program and guidance.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings and set direction for goals.
• Maintain clean, safe, and presentable service center per standards.
• Handle inventory, cash processes, and guest issues; coordinate with District Manager on initiatives.
• Perform opening and closing duties when GM is off.
