Crunch Fitness CR Fitness Holdings, LLC in Benbrook, TX seeks an Assistant General Manager to drive club performance with a strong focus on sales, member experience, and team development. This is a leadership track role designed to develop future General Managers.

You will lead sales initiatives, coach front desk and sales teams, ensure smooth operations, and uphold Crunch’s No Judgments culture. The position offers hands-on leadership growth within a fast-growing, nationwide fitness brand.

• Experience in a sales or leadership role, preferably in fitness or a fast-paced service industry

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership: Drive membership and personal training sales through daily goal setting, lead management, and closing techniques
• Team Coaching & Accountability: Train, motivate, and manage the front desk and sales teams to deliver high performance
• Operations Support: Ensure smooth day-to-day club operations including cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and staff coverage
• Member Experience: Deliver exceptional service and handle member inquiries or escalations with urgency
• KPI Tracking & Action: Monitor performance metrics and contribute to improvement strategies aligned with club goals
• Culture Builder: Foster a high-energy, team-oriented environment reflecting Crunch’s No Judgments philosophy
• Growth Development: Participate in leadership development to prepare for a future General Manager role
