Crunch Fitness CR Fitness Holdings, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Burleson club. You will support the General Manager to drive club performance, focusing on sales, member experience, and team development.

This role is designed for future leaders ready to deliver results today while preparing for tomorrow. Responsibilities include driving membership and PT sales, coaching front desk and sales teams, and ensuring smooth operations and exceptional member service.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership: Drive membership and personal training sales through daily goal setting, lead management, and closing techniques.
• Team Coaching & Accountability: Train, motivate, and manage the front desk and sales teams to deliver high performance.
• Operations Support: Ensure smooth day-to-day club operations including cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and staff coverage.
• Member Experience: Deliver exceptional service and handle member inquiries or escalations with urgency.
• KPI Tracking & Action: Monitor performance metrics and contribute to improvement strategies.
• Culture Builder: Foster a high-energy, team-oriented environment reflecting Crunch’s No Judgments philosophy.
• Growth Development: Participate in leadership development to prepare for a future General Manager role.
