You'll coach front desk and sales teams, manage daily operations, uphold exceptional service, and track KPIs to drive results while embodying Crunch's No Judgments culture.

• Experience in a sales or leadership role, preferably in fitness or a fast-paced service industry.
• Strong sales drive and ability to hit individual and team targets.

• Sales Leadership: Drive membership and personal training sales through daily goal setting, lead management, and closing techniques.
