Job summary

Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in San Marcos, CA, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our service center leadership team. You will work closely with the General Manager to grow revenue, lead staff, and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced retail auto service environment.

The AGM will guide operations, coach technicians and CSAs, manage inventory and safety standards, and help build an engaged workforce that aligns with business needs and guest expectations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to inspire diverse teams.
• Strong business sense and retail industry understanding.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and improving sales mix.
• Lead and develop teammates through coaching and internal training.
• Ensure quality control measures and safety procedures are followed.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to achieve goals.
