Jiffy Lube International, Inc. in Charleston, SC is hiring an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our service center leadership team. You will work with the General Manager to drive revenue growth, improve guest satisfaction, and lead a team of automotive advisers and technicians.

The AGM will coach staff, ensure safety and quality standards, manage budgeting and forecasts, and participate in opening/closing duties. A strong leadership background in retail or service environments is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership to inspire and motivate teams.
• Guest-first mindset and strong business sense.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through guest count and sales mix.
• Coach and mentor teammates through internal training and guidance.
