Job summary

Jiffy Lube International in Hilton Head Island, SC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help drive revenue and guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the GM to coach a team, manage daily operations, and ensure a safe, clean, high-performing service center.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in retail management, exceptional communication, and a proven leadership track record. Automotive experience is not required.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Is a proven leader that can inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives to help increase sales and service results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the GM to drive revenue growth through guest traffic and lead measures.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training and ongoing guidance.
• Ensure quality control measures and a safe, clean store environment.
• Assist with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
