Job summary

JIFFY LUBE Charleston service center is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the GM on revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and team leadership in a fast-paced automotive environment.

You will coach and mentor technicians and customer service associates, run daily huddles, manage inventory and cash handling, and support safety, quality, and business goals. 1–3 years of retail management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and guest count through leadership and coaching
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings; mentor technicians and CSAs
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and expense controls; ensure safety and quality
• Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presents well; support budgeting and forecasting
• Assist GM with personnel development and leadership to meet business goals
