Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in Salem, OH is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations of a fast-paced restaurant. You will be responsible for people, service, and financial performance, working to deliver an exceptional guest experience and a safe, clean environment.

You will recruit and develop managers, implement brand standards, monitor health and safety, manage budgets, and drive sales growth while building a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Quick Service Restaurant management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• ServSafe Manager certification preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, hires, trains, coaches, and develops Assistant Managers and Shift Managers.
• Maintains 95+ Health Department ratings and brand standards.
• Reviews financial reports and drives profitability and sales growth.
• Leads and motivates team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Communicates brand initiatives and company requirements to staff.
• Manages scheduling, inventory, and operations to ensure efficiency.
