Job summary

ANCHOR POINT MANAGEMENT GROUP in Wisconsin Rapids seeks an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit. The AGM leads operating hours, directly supervises staff, and upholds cleanliness, hospitality, product quality and speed of service.

Responsibilities include training employees, scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and safety compliance. Must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and 6 months of supervisory experience; US work authorization and flexible availability required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and the ability to work flexible hours and all shifts as needed.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Comes to work with good hygiene.
• Has reliable transportation and able to arrive to work on time.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach and train employees.
• A positive, friendly, and courteous attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a friendly demeanor.
• Prepare and package food and drinks according to standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, lobby, back of house, and restrooms.
• Restock inventory and supplies; assist with food prep as needed.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair employee treatment and regulatory compliance.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members.
• Assist with hiring and onboarding new employees.
• Address safety concerns and report issues to management/HR.
• Conduct daily food safety and prep audits and inventory monitoring.
• Assist with schedule creation and deploy the team effectively.
• Monitor speed of service and resolve bottlenecks to meet goals.
• Handle daily cash procedures and banking processes.
• Support RGM with timekeeping and payroll processes.
