MSE Branded Foods – Opry Mills is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, coach and develop a high-performing team, and ensure adherence to quality, sanitation and safety standards.

The role focuses on maximizing sales and profitability while providing exceptional customer service, mentoring team members, and implementing new product and menu initiatives across our concepts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of management experience in a restaurant concept.
• Willing to submit to E-Verify and pass a background check.

Responsabilités

• Lead and model MSE standards to deliver excellent guest service.
• Recruit, train and develop Team Members through daily interactions.
• Complete focal point reviews and follow-up on development plans.
• Adhere to wage regulations and restaurant filing responsibilities.
• Manage line checks, prep lists, inventory, and food safety.
• Verify food is prepared to specifications and portion control.
• Drive food cost, inventory, utility usage, and Health Department ratings.
• Execute new product and menu initiatives.
